Is it easy to download the SaxoTrader app to my iPhone?



Very. Simply select the Apple App Store if you have an iPhone, search for 'SaxoTrader' and follow the download instructions.

Is it easy to download the SaxoTrader app to my Android device?



Very. Just open Google Marketplace on your android device, search for 'SaxoTrader' and follow the download instructions.

Can I download the SaxoTrader app to my iPhone through my PC?



Yes. First, open iTunes on you computer, select iTunes Store and search for 'Saxo'.
Then, download the Saxo app and synchronise with your iPhone.

How can I find which version of the app I am using?



You'll find the version number on the About tab below the Saxo logo.

How much does the SaxoTrader app cost?



It's FREE. You can download the app at no charge from the Apple App Store or Google Marketplace.

If I already have a trading account with Saxo, can I add my mobile device to it?



Absolutely. Your trading account is available from all Saxo trading platforms.

Can I switch between my trading accounts?



YES. If you have multiple trading accounts, the app will allow you to switch between accounts.

Can I use both Saxo Bank Live and Saxo Bank Demo Accounts?



YES. When you log in, simply choose whether you want to access the live or simulation environment. Only one environment can be accessed at a time; to switch, log off and log in again to connect to the other environment. Each account requires separate login credentials.

What if I want to add more instruments to the Quote List in the mobile trading app?



Just press the + icon and select the instrument from the Instrument Selector.

I'm ready to place a trade. How do I start?



Trades are placed through the Trade Ticket available from the Quote list. Select the instrument you want from the Quote List and select Trade from the context menu.

How do I place an order?



You can place Limit / Stop orders through the Trade Ticket available from the Quote list. Select the instrument you want from the Quote List and select Place Order from the context menu.

I want to find release notes. Where do I look?

Where can I find an account summary?



In the Account Overview, you'll find a summary of the cash and margin available across all accounts and for each individual account in the account's currency.

Can I use the SaxoTrader app on other devices besides iPhone and Android?



Not right now. But, we're expanding access and the Saxo mobile trading app will soon be available on other platforms.
